We are looking for a Head of Inside Sales, to lead a team of 11 SDR's and two team leads here in London. The Head of will be responsible for building a world class inside sales team, focusing on people development, sales strategies and building out a world class sales function.
The Head of Inside Sales will have around 5 years leadership experience in a SaaS business selling cross industry along with the following expertise:
- Excellent sales leadership experience focused on nurturing and growing inside sales teams
- Ideally have worked for a hyper-growth tech business growing inside sales team
- A process driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills with a positive and resilient work outlook
