Referment has partnered with a fast growing FinTech business that is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join their team in London to help strengthen their customer relationships and promote client retention with over 100 financial services companies. 

The Customer Success Specialist will work closely with integration and product teams to ensure that all clients receive an outstanding level of service and work underneath an experienced and forward thinking Manager. 

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5 years in a Customer Success, Client Support or Relationship Management position working closely with clients
  • Experience working for a SaaS business
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector is required
  • Experience working on client retention and using metrics and frameworks to increase customer satisfaction
