We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with at least 8 years' experience to join their team in London to proactively manage customer relationships from onboarding through to renewals using a robust engagement model. 

If you have the following experience this could be the ideal role for you:

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success or Account Management servicing regulated trading firms
  • Sound understanding of commodities trading along with knowledge of fixed income, FX and derivatives
  • Highly analytical with incredible attention to detail
  • A proactive nature around managing and servicing clients with examples to prove your proactivity
