Referment have partnered with a global FX and Payments powerhouse who are looking to bring in an experienced Business Development Manager to join their permanent team in Sydney.
The Business Development Manager prospects new business opportunities and guides the client through the firm's sales journey. The employee will be responsible for initial market research within the SME business sector, and a multi-pronged outreach approach with the goal onboarding new relationships for the firm.
The successful candidate will join a team of high performing professionals and will need to bring stand out personal qualities along with in-depth industry and business knowledge.
- 3+yrs Business Development experience, preferably in the the foreign exchange markets and the SME business sector
- Previous outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers.
